We are starting with the foundation of the network today. In the coming weeks moving customers to the new IP service. This will increase VoIP performance and especially Gaming services. Please be aware we could run into some disconnects during the next few days. If you lose internet, and power cycling your router and internet power supply does not bring it back. We will need to have a full reset of the router. To do this most routers will have a reset button on them, you will want to hold this reset button until the lights on your router flash once. (Should be 15-30 seconds of holding the button) Then the routers wifi name and password will be the same as the one on the bottom of the router. If you are not able to get internet service after the power cycle or the reset, please contact us as soon as you can we will help you get everything set up as it should be. If we miss your call please text, since we are expecting many calls for this Upgrade. Thank you all for your patience, this upgrade will be the first step to future improvements to the internet offering better stability overall.
